Return and Cancellation Policy – Wavelok
At Wavelok, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, but we understand that there may be times when you want to return an item. Below you will find all the information about our return and cancellation policy.
1. Return
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is in its original condition. Follow these steps to request a return:
- Step 1: Request a return. Contact us via email at contact.wavelok@gmail.com with your order number, your full name, email or phone number, and the reason for the return. If the product is defective, attach photos of the damage. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item.
- Step 2: Ship your order. Be sure to include a Track & Trace code and ship the item to our warehouse in China. You are responsible for shipping costs and any customs fees or duties unless the item is defective.
- Step 3: Receive your refund. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Your original payment method will be credited within a few days. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is defective.
2. Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible. If the order has already been shipped, you can return the product after receiving it, following our return policy.
3. Shipping and Costs
For returns, shipping costs, including any taxes or customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
Shipping Information and Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors in delivery addresses and will not offer refunds if the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information.
Uncollected parcels:
If a package is not collected and returned to the supplier, you will have to wait until the supplier receives the package. After that, the package can be sent back to you. This is not a valid reason for a refund, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the new shipment.
Important:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- You are responsible for return shipping and must always include a Track & Trace code. We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
- We do not accept returns of intimate products such as underwear or swimwear if they have been tried on or worn.
- Shipments to our suppliers in China are at the customer's expense (about €20).
- Color differences between the images on the website and the actual product are due to monitor settings and are not considered defects. This is not a valid reason for a return.
