Shipping policy in case of non-delivery
At Wavelok, we make every effort to make sure you receive your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery and you do not pick up your package on time at the pickup location, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Once the warehouse has received the package, they will send it back to you. Please note that this is not a reason for a refund, as we ensure your order is still delivered. We recommend that you always check your delivery information and monitor the status of your shipment to avoid delays.
