We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, wholesalers or distributors.

7 - RETURNS
We do not have storage facilities in Europe, and therefore all our products are shipped directly from the supplier. If you wish to return a product, you must do so directly to the supplier in China. The cost is approximately €20,- and must be paid by the consumer.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

8. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery.
